Christchurch jeweller Edwin Edmonds has been a trusted name in the New Zealand jewellery trade for more than 30 years having been a retail manager for New Zealand’s largest prestigious jewellery chain for 12 years and previously manager of a well known privately owned manufacturing jewellery business in Christchurch. Over this time Edwin has specialised in supplying mainly diamond rings and other diamond jewellery to a wide range of discerning people.

He is able to assist you in your diamond selection as he is qualified with a Diamond Certificate from the Gemmological Institute of America which is one of the leading and most authoritative gem laboratories and training institutions in the world. Edwin is also a member of the Jewellers and Watchmakers of New Zealand which provides his customers with that extra security. As a member of this society Edwin has agreed to abide by a strict code of ethics. He is also a member of the Jewellery Valuers Society of N.Z. |

Now you can determine the combination that best suits your needs including your choice of precious metals 9ct or 18ct white or yellow gold; platinum or titanium. Edwin will assist you in your diamond selection by sourcing diamonds from literally thousands of stones available from within New Zealand and overseas.
We are now pleased to offer you two ranges to source the diamond you desire:-
1. CLARITY CUT diamonds. These diamonds are created with one of the most perfect cuts of all, the extra-ordinary super ideal cut, that gives birth to the Hearts and Arrows pattern. The genuine Clarity Diamond pattern is extremely rare and difficult to find. Clarity Cut Diamonds make no compromise. Thanks to proficient cutters the best is brought out of a diamond for you to cherish. Clarity Cut Diamonds stand high and tall making them one of the finest diamonds available. The beauty of the Clarity Cut diamond needs to be seen to be appreciated.
A grading report is the litmus paper of the diamond of your choice. It grades all the critical characteristics of a diamond. Clarity Cut diamonds are supported by independent grading reports issued by GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or AGS (American Gem Society) two of the most widely respected diamond laboratories in the world. Most round brilliant Clarity Cut diamonds are graded AGS 000 (triple zero rating) the top cut grade.

You have the option of selecting from our wide range of ring styles, some of which you can view on this site (see under catalogue) or have something made to your own requirements. We cater for diamond rings; engagement rings, anniversary rings, wedding rings (plain or stone set) and loose stones. We also make earrings and pendants. For those who are able to come in and try on our extensive range of ring, pendant and earring styles we recommend appointments so we can offer you our best service in our private consulting room.
